from ages 12 to 19 until Elena found her one day and convinced her to join her rebellion.

Zaya is one of the more energetic and animated of the queens. Having lived as a lone traveler
most her life, she quickly became attached to the other queens upon meeting them 4 years ago.
That isn't to say she can't be strong and cold to enemies.
